Billing rate $ 350.00 to $ 400.00 per hour. Generally, the costs are divided equally between parties unless otherwise agreed.

For most disputes, a retainer is due in advance and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

There are no set up fees, administration costs or cancellations fees (except when reservations and deposits are made for outside facilities in multi-party cases.)
